It should be noted that in the dragons nest game people are able to use sweettooth items for a speed boost. So if you dont have any sugary items to use in your inventory you are wasting your time competing

once again i am smacking my self in the head scream "WHY DID I DELETE THAT NECRO???!!!" i would have gotten a 2 year minipet v.v, they always do this to me, i think Anet hates me, 2 weeks before they announced the 1 yar mini pets i deleted my necro then they anouced it

they need to warn us of stuff, + noobs have absoultly no idea whats going on, stop being mean to them in shing jea.

Ok, I knew they would do the bull again with the mini pets having common pets, then rare and unique pets why even borther giving gifts if you make someone else feel they where not lucky enough to get one of the rarer mini's and been playing as long as someone else has.

I said over and over again they would do this again.

I see no decorations anywhere. Apparently at 3pm, folks were saying there was no celebration going on (and it says there's supposed to be every 3 hours). And here's the big kicker for me - my sis and I bought the CE version of GW Factions, we started at the same time, even went into detail to name our characters. Her character got her 2 year anniversary gift, and her regular birthday gift. Me? Heh... says my character is 23 months old. We started on the same day. So it makes no sense that she got hers yesterday and I'm still standing around looking stupid, for lack of a better description.

Sounds like your sister has a few hours on you. All my awards seemed to be down to the minute of creation not time stamped on a daily stamp that starts at 12AM PST or something like that.

Possibly your sister got the jump on you in a competitive spirit?

I have been buying sweets including the cupcakes @100g per point pretty readily, and the tokens for 20-30g each readily as well. Have over 3 stacks of the tokens of which about 80% were 20g each. I have seen many nutjobs asking 1k for cupcakes and I assume they still have them unless people have been baffled by the ramblings of people. I did see one guy buying tokens at 250g for a bit and if I can find him I'm ready to unload all of my 3+ stacks for sure. Hope that is helpful news.

it's nothing more than fireworks every 3 hours...

yes I agree...it's disappointing...

but that's why I'm not really treating this weekend any more special than any other weekend, with the exception of leaving my character standing on the rings increasing my lucky/unlucky titles while I would normally be offline. When I'm online I'm playing the game as I normally would. Right now that means working on vanquisher and cartographer at the same time, specifically in Elona right now.

wooo! Guild Wars turns 2....my characters won't hit 2 for another couple of weeks.

When's this event supposed to end? I'm glad it's still going, but I was under the impression that the games in shea jing would end at 12 tonight. They're still going strong. The cupcakes go until Monday night at 12, but is everything extended?
